  • You must create an account at Deliveroo for delivery services.

  •  At this time, Nandos performs as an Agent between delivery service from Deliveroo and your order. 
  • To submit the collection order or delivery order from the website or Nando’s App, you should log in.
  • Also, submit your information correctly and check twice for any errors.
  • After submitting the order, you can’t change anything because the process will start from Nando’s operators.

Confirmation Email

  • Now, Nando’s online order process will start for the order as Nando’s operator accepts your order according to their terms and conditions.
  • They will send you a Confirmation email, which includes your order product’s information (check there is no issue with your submitting information).

Delivery Terms  

  • As we know, Nando’s Restaurant will act as an agent in terms of delivery products between you, and Deliveroo. 
  • After submitting an order, time will be calculated according to your address. 
  • It also may vary with the restaurant location and your address.
  • If you want to change the delivery address after submitting the order, and the operator accepts this change, there will be a delay in the delivery of products.
  • If you do not receive products after the arrival of drivers within five minutes, your products will be aborted.
  • There will be no refund for your order.

Nando’s Delivery Fee

When you place the delivery order, the delivery fee will be added to your charges. The closer you are to the restaurant, the lower your delivery fee. 

Nando’s doesn’t provide free delivery. The minimum delivery value of Nando’s is like this: if you order 15 pounds, Nando’s will charge an extra 2 pounds for delivery.

Cancellation For Order And Refund 

Nando’s Own Words Are; 

“Please note that you do not have a right to cancel any contract for Products under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013.

You may request that your Order be cancelled or changed after it has been submitted, but this will only be possible before the applicable restaurant has received the Order. 

This can be done by contacting the Customer Experience Team (see below for details). No refund will be permissible if the attempt to cancel is made after the restaurant has received the Order.

If you cancel or change your order, your original payment will still be processed. Where you are eligible for a refund, you can obtain this by contacting our Customer Experience Team. We will process refunds within ten (10) working days.”

When Can You Be Eligible For Refund?

You can get a refund for your delivery order or service in some situations like; 

  • If your order is not as described on the website or app.
  • The order is faulty and is not according to your purpose.
