Join Nando’s Loyalty Program

It is very effortless to join the free Nandos Loyalty scheme to earn rewards (Chillis). Just follow these steps and get a reward:

Sign up Nandos account or log in to your Nandos account on the app.
Don’t forget to register your Nandos Card to earn chili.
You will get a free chilli, just After signing up.
Go to your Mobile app and add it to your mobile wallet account.
Now, ready to earn chillies (you have already earned one chilli). When you spend 7 pounds or above, you will get one chilli per day.
You can earn this chilli by eat-in, collecting, or on Nandos delivery orders.
After getting six or 10 chillies, you will be rewarded with a free meal at Nandos restaurant.

Types of Nando’s Reward

What Is Nandos Green Reward?

3 Chillies = Green Reward. A green Reward is valid for a free 1/4 Chicken, 3 Chicken Wings, or any Starter (excluding Dare to Share).

What is Nandos Orange Reward?

6 Chillies = Orange Reward. An Orange Reward is valid for a free 1/2 Chicken or any single Burger/Pitta/Wrap (excluding Butterfly Burger, Sunset Burger, Garlic Churrasco Burger, Cheesy Chickle Burger).

What is Nandos Red Reward?

10 Chillies = Red Reward. A Red Reward is valid for a free Whole Chicken, any single Burger/Pitta/Wrap with 1 or 2 regular sides only, a PERi-PERi Chicken meal with 1 or 2 regular sides only or a Salad or bowl with a protein (excluding PERi-Mac & Cheese, Portuguese Tomato Salad, 10 Chicken Wings, Wing Roulette, Butterfly Burger, Nandinos Meals, Sharing Platters and Fully Loaded Chips).

Note:

Always remember, it will not stop just at 10 chillies; every time you visit Nandos Restaurants, you will get one cilli. Also, this reward is for one year, so use it before its expiry date.

Excluding gift card purchases. You can earn a maximum of one Chilli per day.

Nando’s Reward Terms & Conditions

Nandos company operates and issues these rewards. Always use free chicken rewards with these given terms & conditions.

Basic Terms

This is not a credit card or debit card, and you can’t buy anything from it.
For Nando’s Reward registration, earn chilies, and redeem, you must be aged around 14 or above.
Also, you should be a UK resident.
Nandos Company will check the proof of your age for the verification process.

Register Nandos Card for Rewards

Your card will be automatically registered by joining the online reward scheme.
If you have a physical card, you will need to register it at the Nandos app or restaurant. For registering, provide a valid email address and other contact details.
Only one card can be issued per email address.
You can earn chillies without registering, but the reward can’t be redeemed without registering a card.
After joining online or having a physical reward card, one bonus chilli is automatically earned.

Earn Chillies And Rewards

Earn chillies by spending 7 pounds or above for eat-in or collect, and order at Nandos.
Earn Nando’s green reward with three chillies, an orange reward with six chillies, and a red reward with 10 chillies.
After 10 chillies, your balance will start again from green chillies.
In case you use Guest Check at the table, you can’t earn a chlli.
If you forget to use your Nandos Card, there will be a chance to claim Chilli after 180 days.
You can’t earn a chillie for outdoor catering events.
If you purchase Non-food items like Nandos Gift Card , small orders, bags, and delivery fees, it will not count toward the minimum spending for the reward.
Also, you can’t earn chillies from ordering at the Deliveroo website app.
Chillies are a personal reward for cardholders, so it is impossible to share them with a group or any other person on their account.
Having multiple Nandos reward cards, it is also impossible to merge all chillies into one account.

Check Nando’s Reward Balance

You can check your Nando’s Card balance online, on the app, or at participating restaurants.
Online balance checks may have connection charges, and Nandos company is not responsible for any communication issues.
If Nandos notices an error in your balance, they will correct it. Reach out if you have any concerns.

Redeem A Reward

Cardholders can redeem a reward by the day they earn chillies, valid for 366 days.
After the valid date of the reward card, the reward balance will be blocked and removed from your account.
The reward scheme has three options: green, orange, and red reward.
If you order any additional ingredients in Burgers, Pittas, Wraps, or Extras, you must pay for these items.
You won’t be able to earn chillies in case of trial food, seasonal items, and limited items at Nandos.
Customers can redeem a reward from the Nandos App, Website, and Nandos Restaurants in the UK.
If you’re at the till for an eat-in, Nandos may check your Physical reward card or your digital account on your mobile wallet. To order online, you should be logged in to your reward card on the Nandos app.
There is no alternative cash for this reward loyalty scheme.

Limits For Uses of Rewards

Nandos Reward card can’t be exchanged. Also, it can’t be used for any other purposes, like purchasing anything from different sources.
In case of system failures like miss- communication, issues with Nandos IT system, or any other serious reason, Nanods may not accept your reward. You can’t earn chillies and redeem the rewards.
Nandos company can refuse or limit your Nando’s Card or Rewards if we suspect tampering, fraud, or unauthorized use. If Nandos cancels your account, any stored rewards will no longer be redeemable.

Cancellation of Nandos Reward Account

Your reward account will be cancelled, or withdrawn, with reasonable notice on the Nandos website reward page. Nandos company will take action for abuse of reward cards.
Always register your reward card for regular and new updates from Nandos company.
You have the right to cancel your reward card at Nandos, but you can lose your redeemed chillies as a free meal.

Nandos Responsibility

Nandos Said; we’re responsible for these situations

Any injury or death caused by our negligence.
Fraud or misrepresentation.
Anything else the law says we can’t exclude.
Beyond that, our maximum responsibility for your Nando’s Card is the balance on it.
We’re not liable for unforeseeable issues, and the Card is for personal use only—not business.
Your legal rights are unaffected, and you can get advice from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.

Breaking the Rules

If you break these Terms, we can:

Warn you.
Suspend or cancel your Nando’s Card.
Recover costs from you, including legal fees.
Take further legal action.
Share details with law enforcement if needed.
